Terrorists plan to hand out so-called Russian humanitarian aid on the elections Day – November 2

Ukraine has not yet received information about participation of the Red Cross in transportation of so-called Russian humanitarian aid

Spokesperson for Information and Analysis Center for National Security and Defense Council colonel Andriy Lysenko reported this during daily press briefing in Kyiv.

According to Lysenko, the International Committee of the Red Cross has not yet given response concerning its participation in transportation of the next ‘humanitarian convoy’ from Russia.

Lysenko reminded that Ukrainian customs officers should not only examine but also register the load that crosses Ukrainian border.

Currently the procedures are not men and International Committee of the Red Cross has not yet given any response concerning this issue.

Spokesperson mentioned that terrorists plan to hand out humanitarian aid from this convoy during the self-proclaimed elections on November 2.

According to operative data, Prime Minister of ‘Donetsk People’s Republic’ terrorist organization Alexander Zakharchenko has promises to execute criminals for theft or resale of humanitarian aid.

Spokesperson Lysenko mentioned that Donbas residents should not rely on humanitarian aid because there won’t be enough for everyone.

According to Lysenko, Zakharchenko offered local residents to ponder how they can earn for a meal themselves.

In fact, Zakharchenko admitted the facts that NDSC had previously reported. In reality, most part of Russian humanitarian aid does not reach civilians, terrorists get it for their own use or for resale through shops.

According to Russian mass media, a column of 100 trucks started from the town of Noginsk in outskirts of Moscow and went to Donbas on October 28.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry and NSDC declare that they have not received any official statements concerning transportation of the forth so-called humanitarian convoy.

Previously Russia has sent 3 humanitarian convoys. Russian trucks crossed Ukrainian border without agreement with Ukrainian authorities and accompaniment of representative of International Committee of the Red Cross
