According to spokesperson of Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Eugene Perebyinis, Ukrainian side is surprised by the findings of Federal Intelligence Service of Germany that pro-Russian separatists have downed Malaysian plane with a rocket launched by ‘Buk’ anti-aircraft missile that they previously have stolen from Ukrainian military base.
‘We have clearly stated that all our anti-aircraft missiles including their personnel were not located in the area of the tragedy. Statements that systems have been seized by fighters don’t correspond to reality because we have all of these systems in availability and they have been relocated in advance. We are surprised to hear conclusions that the fighters have used Ukrainian rockets’, – said the spokesperson of MIA.
In this respect, Ukrainian side will appeal to international partners, Germany in particular, with demand to give evidence of unreliability of the data about downing of the airliner flight MH17 that Ukraine has provided’, – said Eugene Perebyinis. According to him ‘appropriate inquiries have been made in special services because they have contacts with their foreign partners’.
