Ukraine will introduce broadcasting in foreign languages. - Yatseniuk

Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk informed this during meeting of the Ministry Cabinet.

According to him this plan is included into the coalition agreement as means of ensuring information security.

‘As part of information security we also have clear plan in coalition agreement, namely launching of international broadcasting. The world has got to know what is happening in Ukraine and receive this information in English, German, French, Spanish and other languages’, – the Prime Minister said.

Yatseniuk reminded about decision to create Public Join Stock Company ‘Public broadcasting in Ukraine’.

‘We’ll finish deregulation of mass media and create effective Public Television’, – he mentioned.


Previously we reported that Paratroopers from Russian city of Kostroma that were detained in Ukraine in August had boasted of going to Ukraine to beat ‘maydanivists’.
