Russian border service reports that they have started the clearance of the second party of trucks.

Trucks with Russian Humanitarian aid left Izvaryno checkpoint and went in direction to Luhansk without official approval of Kyiv.

The columns consists of 32 vehicles accompanied by some number of militants. Trucks with Russian humanitarian aid left Izvaryno checkpoint and went in direction of Luhanst. The checkpoint Izvaryno is not controlled by Ukrainian armed forces and there were no agreement between Ukraine and Russian concerning the movement of the column.

Previously media reported that RF had adopted a decision to start the movement of the column into Ukrainian territory because allegedly ‘there were no other reasons to put aside the delivery of humanitarian aid to people’.

Previously Ukraine declared that entry of Russian trucks without their inspection by customs and border guards would be considered as an invasion.
