Total mobilization as cover for staffing of Donbas with Russian militants and mercenaries

Here is an operative data from experts of Information Resistance group.

There has bee established a group of Russian-terrorist forces in Donbas. It includes gangs for local fighters which are to be used for activities of secondary importance and for demonstration.

In addition, there is an active process of improvement of supply system of this group. There are created transshipment and distribution bases, point of collection and repairing of military equipment, places of accumulation of material resources [settlement of Luhansk, Snizhne, Makiivka, Novoazovsk]. Sticks of ammunition and fuel are dispersed through the area of operative destinations of the Russian troops, part is given directly to local fighters.

There has been established a single control center of Federal Security Service of Russian Federation in the occupied territory. This center consists of specialists in different directions: counter-intelligence, ‘anti-terror’ for fight against pro-Ukrainian guerilla movement and Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups, holding of information-psychological operations. The group of Federal Security Service has received an order to establish the corresponding ‘special services of Novorossya’ in a short time.

There continues of concentration of armed groups of the enemy in the areas of settlements of Pervomaisk, Stakhanov, Donetsk, Volnovakha, Hranitne and Novoazovsk.

Resupply of strike tactic groups of Russian-troops in being done with Russian fighters under the guise of local fighters. The previously declared total mobilization in self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics was nothing more but a cover for staffing of armed groups of the enemy with Russian mercenaries and militants.
