The expert said: There can be conversation only in the form of an ultimatum: surrender to justice or destruction.

It was written by director of the Center of Political and Military Studies D. Tymchuck on his page on the social network.

Some citizen Alexei Karjakin, called “Parliament Speaker” of terrorist organization “Lugansk National Republick”, said that the organization had canceled all military operations and complied with the cease-fire by 27 June 2014. But here in the Donetsk region fights continue.

“LNR” has no influence among the terrorist groups operating in Donbass. This is gang of rogues that uses rampant banditry initiated by Russia in the region, in order to portray a kind of “independent state institutions.” Accordingly they give themselves titles like “Premier”, “heads of the parliament”, “defense ministers” and so on”- Tymchuck said.

He believes that in such circumstances any negotiations with the “LNR” and “DNR” are meaningless, since they are only two of dozens of disparate terrorist groups that are combined by “financial and other assistance of Moscow” to save the destabilization in the region.

Tymchuk stressed that Ukraine has deal with a set of terrorist groups, each pursuing their own selfish purposes, and not with any kind of single terrorist movement, united by a common idea and only centre of making decisions.

“Searching for the possibility of peaceful dialogue with these groups is useless – for example, we do not offer to serial killers and maniacs to sit down at the negotiating table and seek for consensus. There only can be in the form a conversation in the form of an ultimatum: surrender to justice or be destroyed” – the expert wrote.
