The enemy concentrates forces near Luhansk and Mariupol

Here is an operative data about current situation in Eastern Ukraine provided by experts of ‘Information Resistance’ group.

Russian-terrorist forces continue gross violation of Minsk agreements by shelling positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian objects. The enemy uses artillery and heavy military equipment.

In some areas fighters and Russian mercenaries try to attack advanced positions of Ukrainian troops. The enemy is the most active in area of Donetsk city.

Positions of Ukrainian armed forces near settlements of Avdiivka, Krasnogoricka, Opytne and Tonenke were shelled with artillery and heavy infantry weapons. Russian-terrorist troops made attempts to attack our positions near settlements of Krasnogorivka and Horlivka. These attempts were stopped by Ukrainian troops. However, the enemy continues strengthening its fighting capabilities in the given area.

In addition, Russian-terrorist forces keep restoring their fighting capabilities and regrouping the troops.

In the area of Debaltseve (settlements of Svitlodarsk, Popasna and Troitske) positions of Ukrainian Armed Forces were shelled two times. When trying to inflict fire damage terrorists used 120 mm mortars.

The enemy concentrated group of its forces near Luhansk city. The group of 1500 people intensively accumulates material and technical resources and has active military training.

Experts of ‘Information Resistance’ group also inform about concentration of Russian-terrorist forces in the area of Novoazovsk [near Mariupol]. The strike tactical group consists of 550-600 Russian mercenaries and servicemen. They also dispose of up to 20 tanks, 33 armored combat vehicles, 28 units of cannon artillery and 16 multiple rocket launcher systems.
