Spokesperson for Information and Analytical Centre of National Security and Defense Council Colonel Andriy Lysenko informed this during press briefing in Kyiv.

During the last 24 hours there have been registered facts of violation of the truce by Russians. Armed forces of Russian Federation increase strike groups at territory of temporarily occupied Crimea.

During the last day terrorists and Russian military have committed 20 provocations and shellings of checkpoints and positions of Ukrainian armed forces in the areas of number of settlements.

The OSCE observers have registered facts of violations of the ceasefire regime in east of Ukraine, in particular in the towns of Mariupol, Luhansk and Donetsk.

There are unceasing battles for Donetsk airport. During the yesterday’s assault in this area Russian mercenaries lost 3 tanks and 2 armoured personnel carriers. The positions of Ukrainian armed forces at the territory of the airport were shelled with ‘Grad’ multiple rocket launcher systems.

Terrorists continue to make provocations – they shell residential areas of Donetsk under the guise of Ukrainian artillery firing back. As the result of shelling there were damaged Specialized Boarding School #22, 2 nine storied houses and houses of private sector.

There was shelling with mortars in another settlement in the conflict area.

Enemy has encircled the positions of Ukrainian armed forces near the settlement of Slovyanoserbsk. The checkpoint is surrounded with tanks, armoured vehicles and infantry from 3 sides. Currently there are no armed clashes. The regime of ceasefire is being adhered.

Concentration of manpower and military equipment of the enemy has been registered in the area of town of Nivoazovsk that is currently under control of Russian armed forces.
