Terrorists ignore the call of the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon concerning the immediate cessation of military actions close to the place of Boeing-777 crash

In particular, at 9.00 am terrorists have shelled the settlement of Peremozhne [Lutugine region, Luhansk oblast] with 2 ‘Grad’ volley fire systems.

In this was they once again demonstrate their contempt to Ukraine and all the international community.

Yesterday due to the demand of UN Secretary General there was declared a OSCE day in the ATO area in Donetsk oblast. It was done in order to provide work of international experst in the area of Boeing-777 crash. Ukrainian militants don’t conduct any military activity in the area.

This was informed by NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko on July 31 during the traditional daily press briefing.

Parliament of Ukraine [Verhovna Rada] has ratified and agreement with Netherlands concerning the protection of the mission of investigation of the Boeing-777 crash in Donetsk oblast.

Mission consists of military and non-military personnel from Netherlands, Australia and if necessary from other countries whose citizens were passengers on the flight MH-17. The mission consists of no more than 700 armed people.
