Moscow sends to terrorists LNR funds to pay pensions but they are stolen by fighters.
Spokesperson for Information and Analysis Center for National Security and Defense Council colonel Andriy Lysenko reported this during daily press briefing in Kyiv.
He informed about aggravation of contradiction between terrorist groups. In particular, yesterday there was a quarrel between leaders of the so-called LNR [Luhansk People’s Republic] and ‘Cossacks’ for a large sum of money that had allegedly been sent from Moscow to pay pensions for local residents.
Kozitsyn [leader of Donsky Cossacks] accused leader of LNR Segrepy Plotnistkiy of embezzling of this money. According to operative data, Cossacks groups refuse to obey to LNR authorities despite the fact they recently they have recorded joint appeal to them.
