Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Alexander Zakharchenko says that humanitarian aid from Russian will help to pay pensions in Donbas. He informed this during his visit to the town of Makiivka.
‘Ukraine is obliged to pay pensions, but this does not happen. We need 1 billion 300 million hrn. We will solve this issue in several months due to humanitarian aid from Russia’, – said Zakharchenko.
Currently the forth humanitarian convoy is driving from Russia to Ukraine. It is planned that tomorrow the convoy will arrive to Rostov oblast that borders with Ukraine.
