Spokesperson for Information and Analysis Center for National Security and Defense Council colonel Andriy Lysenko reported this during daily press briefing in Kyiv.
According to him, Russia has resumed shelling of Ukraine from its territory.
Lysenko mentioned that artillery shellings from Russian territory ceased when the Minsk agreement on ceasefire was signed on September 5. Since then yesterday was the first case when such shelling was registered again.
Artily firing was carried out from territory of Russian Federation on the direction of the settlement of Manotskiy [Russian Federation] to Kamyshne [territory of Ukraine] located in one of border posts of Luhansk group.
