‘Russian Federation continues concentrating military sub-units with radar stations and pursuit planes MiG-31 at state border with Ukraine’, – they inform.
In his turn, spokesperson for Information and Analysis Center for National Security and Defense Council colonel Andriy Lysenko informed during press briefing in Kyiv that ‘an aviation unit has been relocated to Millerovo airfield in Rostov oblast [Russia]. Radar stations and pursuit planes Mig-31 have been transferred to border with Ukraine’. According to Lysenko, these planes can control the air space over the whole Luhansk oblast. The fact of concentration of Russian troops at Ukrainian border has also been confirmed by NATO.
