Local residents of Donetsk informed this on their Facebook pages and supported with photographs.
According to eyewitnesses, ballots were printed on usual office paper and had nothing but seal on the top for protection against fake.
Not only local residents could vote at polling stations but also rebels and residents of surrounding settlement, districts and even regions. In DNR people are allowed to vote at those polling stations where it is convenient for them. They have additional lists of voters for that.
Thus, the website of DNR says that many people have come to the school #14 in Voroshylov district, where there is a polling station. There were refugees who arrived from regions of active hostilities. The so-called rebels also voted at this station.
