OSCE reports about illegal export of Ukrainian coal to Russian Federation

Spokesperson for Information and Analysis Center of National Security and Defense Council colonel Andriy Lysenko reported this during daily press briefing in Kyiv.

Previously Ukrainian media reported about possibility of expansion of zone of anti-terrorist operation to Kharkiv oblast [north from Luhansk oblast]. According to official data from Security Service of Ukraine, expansion of the ATO zone is not planned.

Terrorists continue to shell residential areas of Donetsk city. Yesterday at 05.00 pm they shelled 2 districts of the city. As a result, some building were damaged, as well as gas distribution pipelines. 5 civilians died and 24 received shrapnel wounds.

OSCE reports about illegal export of coal to RF

NSDC again reports that terrorists traffic from Ukraine to Russian whatever they can plunder – coal, scrap metal, vehicles etc. now OSCE mission has registered such facts. In particular, mission located in Russian checkpoints ‘Gukovo’ and ‘Donetsk’ in Rostov oblast has registered fact of transfer of coal from Luhansk oblast to Russian territory. The coal was transferred in trucks.

The report of the mission, which was published yesterday, says that cargo convoys transport coal from Luhansk oblast to Russian Federation since the moment railway track on the border is broken.

The mission has also registered increased number of people dressed in military clothes crossing Ukrainian-Russian border in both directions.
