In Artemivsk one of terrorists leaders Semen Khodarkovskiy has been detained
This was reported by NSDC Information Centre spokesman Andriy Lysenko during press briefing in Kyiv. Lysenko informed this referring to Advisor to Minister of Internal Affairs Zoryan Shkiryak.
‘He [Khodarkovskiy] participated in capturing of the city council. He was injured during the arrest. Currently terrorists is giving testimonies. It has already been found that served as one of leaders of the so-called DNR gang and had wide experience if military service in foreign region’.
