Spokesperson for Information and Analysis Center of National Security and Defense Council colonel Andriy Lysenko has informed this during daily press briefing in Kyiv.
According to him, yesterday a column of 50 ‘KamAz’ vehicles pulling cannons was registered near the town of Snizhne. In addition there was registered a column of tractors which were pulling platforms with tanks and self-propelled artillery ‘Nona’. There also was registered movement of a column of ‘Grad’ multiple rocket launcher systems and KamAz vehicles with guns.
Meanwhile, Lysenko said that Russian anti-aircraft missile system ‘Pantsyr’ had been registered near Mariupol. Such anti-missile system is not in service in Ukrainian Armed Forces.
When answering to journalists question Lysenko mentioned: ‘this means Russians continue to use those sections of border that are currently not controlled by Ukrainian side and there are no doubts that the military equipment is manned by regular units of Armed Forces of Russian Federation’. Meanwhile, Lysenko said that the number of terrorists observed in zone of anti-terrorist operation is not enough to start active hostilities. Besides, Ukrainian side complies with Minsk agreements and thus Russians have no reasons to introduce the so-called ‘peacekeepers’ to Eastern Ukraine.
