Spokesperson for Information and Analytic Center of National Security and Defense Council colonel Andriy Lysenko reported this during daily press briefing in Kyiv.

In order to fulfil the agreements of trilateral contact group there have been formed trilateral Clearing groups of observers of ceasefire and gradual stabilization of boundaries between the sides of the conflict.

The observers will be unarmed and will have identification marks in the form of white bands with ‘NM’ letters [Naglyadova Misiya – observation mission].

The groups will soon arrive to the determined sectors marked with OSCE flag and will collect, summarize and provide information concerning violation of the ceasefire regime.

Currently the groups haven’t began working because of absence of agreement from illegal armed groups that continue to violate the ceasefire agreements.

There were no armed clashes at Ukrainian-Russian border during the last day.

Meanwhile, in the area of settlements of Millerovo and Frolovka in Rostov oblast [Russia] that borders with Ukrainian Luhansk oblast there was registered an arrival of new sub-units and military equipment of Russian Federation.

Border guards have registered two drones that carried ou reconnaissance from the territory of Crimean Peninsula. Yesterday at 08.55 one of them violated the air space of Kherson oblast.
