New wave of the so-called mobilization in DNR

Leaders of DNR [Donetsk People’s Republic] declare preparation of ‘large-scale offensive’ of Ukrainian troops after parliamentary elections [October 26]. Under this pretext they order many organization and institution to take the so-called mobilization measures.

In reality these actions consist in mass withdrawal of equipment and properties ‘for needs of defense’. Simultaneously next stage of forced mobilization of the population in the ranks of DNR takes place in Donetsk.

Conflict between terrorists and Russian servicemen

In the settlement of Snizhne experts register conflict between pro-Russian fighters from ‘Oplot’ battalion and Russian servicemen at a repair base created by Russian specialists. The conflict started with Russian officers’ accusations of terrorists’ extreme incompetence and inability to handle the military equipment.

Attempts to find peaceful solutions

In LNR [Luhansk People’s Republic] leaders of terrorists groups are trying to find peaceful solutions of their conflicts under pressure of terrorist commandment. In particular, leader of ‘people’s rebels’ A. Mozgovoy has agreed to have talks with commandment of ‘Zarya’ battalion. Previously they have had serious conflict. Mozgovoy wants to establish ‘autonomy’ fro his group.

Meanwhile, experts register spreading of rumors among the ‘rebels’. They say that Mozgovoy has sold himself to Kyiv and he is not going to fight against Ukraine. Simultaneously Mozgovoy has increased his personal protection.
