Lawyer of Nadia Savchenko who is illegally kept in Russian prison confirmed information that she would partially cease her hunger strike.
He informed this in Twitter and confirmed info with message written by Savchenko.
In this letter Nadia explains her decision in the following way.
‘Yes, physically I feel a bit lousy, but not enough to die right now. That is why I will drink broth for some time so that if you live you fly! If I die – die healthy, and if I fight – I should have strengths’.
Nadia Savchenko promised to fight and to stay alive in gratitude to people who ask for it and support her.
Nadia Savchenko announced hunger strike on December 15. In course of the last day her health became very fragile.
On March 5 it was informed that she agreed to include chicken broth into her scarce menu of water and tea.
