Terrorists are strengthening and increasing their powers on our territory, groups wearing Russian uniform without identification signs have been registered. Such group was noticed in the are of the village of Izvaryne. The group is armed with ‘Grad’ systems and artillery’, – the press secretary said.

‘Almost in all areas of state border there’s a continuing relocation of divisions of Russian Armed Forces’, – the NSDC sercetary underlined.

In his turn the Head of Inforesit group Dmytro Tymchuck underlines that in Donbas there are almost 300 of ‘green men’ with the help of whom Putin has annexed Crimea. ‘But today in course of consultation with the representatives of Ukrainian special services we obtained information that according to their data the number of Russian militants in Donbas can be more than 400’, – Tymchuck says.

‘But we shouldn’t argue, we deal not with numbers but with the fact – the invasion is going on’, – he underlined adding that ‘these Russian newcomers don’t have documents. They have been informed that in case of capture and identification they’d be fired postfactum from Russian Armed Forces (with the date of discharge in June of May)’.

‘They are professionals and the recent failures of the ATO forces lie on their conscious. They are doing their the most difficult and the bloodiest work. The local fighters serve as their ‘help’, but nothing more’, – Dmytro Tymchuck informs.
