As of the morning of July 18 85% of Lugansk has been left without electricity.
According to the press service of Lugansk City Council Kirovsk sub-station in the area of Kamyannobrodsk has been damaged as a result of shelling, there’s no electricity and water supply at the moment.
The City Council informs: Due to the absence of electricity pumping stations have stopped functioning and the supply of running water has ceased. Experts can’t come to the place of accident due to the continuing armed clashes in the city. Once they have a chance experts will put maximum efforts to resolve the emergency situation and ensure normal life supply in the city.
As UNIAN informed this night locals had heard firing in Donetsk. The situation in the city remains to tense.
