Russian Minister of International Affairs said that his country sends humanitarian aid to the East of Ukraine with the help of separatists because official Kiev has refused to accept it.
June 11, 2014 – The latter was said by Lavrov during his meeting with general secretary of OSCE Lamberto Zanner.
‘We are extremely concerned about humanitarian crisis, ‘ Lavrov mentioned. – ‘We give humanitarian aid to those who haven’t left war zone yet’.
We remind that recently Moscow addressed Kiev with note about permission to give humanitarian aid to the East of Ukraine but was refused.
Also Ukrainian Security Service informed that it possess evidences that Russia finances terrorists in the East of our country.
