All the information concerning movements of units and sub-units of Ukrainian armed forces will be secret

This was reported by First Deputy of Head of Presidential Administration Hennadiy Zubko during his meeting with protesters in Kyiv.

‘Today all the information about movements of Ukrainian armed forces will not be public. Because yesterday after the news about movement of troops towards Starobesheve they were shelled with ‘Grads’, – he said.

‘The position of head of the General Staff – all information will be secret’, – Zubko added.

According to him currently Ukrainian government is doing everything possible so that Ukrainian troops would move in direction to help encircled forces. Zubko called on people no to panic and not to spread panic moods in society.

‘Today there’s a direct military aggression so I would like to call on those who shouts and makes hysteria in the country to stop it, calm down and move to the front (if they want to)’, – he said.

There has been meeting at Presidential Administration with demands to do something to unblock Ukrainian militants that are encircled in Ilovaisk and give heavy military equipment to volunteer battalions.

Hennadiy Zubko also expressed his opinion concerning introduction of martial law in Ukraine – it could be useful to Russia.

He said this to protesters who had gathered at Presidential Administration on Thursday.

‘Martial law that you demand is favourable for Russia. Because country that introduces martial law cannot get military and technical help from any other country’, – Zubko said.

He has reminded that currently secret meeting of National Security and Defense Council is taking place.
