Russian Emergency Service says that vehicles carry food and medicine to Donetsk and Luhansk.
This morning two columns with the so-called humanitarian aid have crossed Ukrainian border and headed to Donetsk and Luhansk.
Emergency Service of Russian Federation claims that Ukrainian border guards participated in examination of the vehicles and gave no objections.
They say that 100 vehicles carry 1000 tons of humanitarian loads such as food, medicine including insulin, immunosuppressive and disinfectants.
The mentioned column is the 31st since August 2014.
It is well known that Russian Federation violates norms of international law by delivering those convoys. Ukrainian border guards and representatives of the Red Cross don’t have possibility to examine the loads according to the procedure.
Meanwhile, National Security and Defense Council and headquarters of anti-terrorist operation mention that they have repeatedly registered significant activation of terrorist fighters and increased number of shelling after receiving Russian trucks with unknown content.
