The hearing of case of Nadia Savchenko in Moscow has been postponed for an unstated period

According to UNIAN correspondent the hearing of case of Nadia Savchenko has been postponed. Currently the judge is occupied with another case. The hearing hasn’t begun yet.

According to UNIAN, a group of members of parliament and lawyers have come to the justice building in Moscow. They Basma Court of Moscow is to consider the complaint of Nadia Savchenko concerning purpose of psychiatric examination of the pilot.

Meanwhile, today on October 13, despite the complaint of the lawyers of Nadia Savchenko, she has been delivered to Moscow Serbian Institute for the passing of stationary psychiatric examination.

Savchenko’s lawyer Mykola Polozov believes that his client has been transferred from prison to hospital today for special purpose in order to complicate the access to justice.

Savchenko was detained by fighters in Donbas in June, then she was transferred to Russia where they accused her of involvement in the deaths of Russian journalists near Luhansk. From mid July Savchenko was kept under arrest in Voronezh jail. Later she was transferred to Moscow for further trial.
