Here is an operative data from experts of Information Resistance group.

Experts register sharp intensification of Russian-terrorist forces due to obtaining ammunition which has arrived with the so-called humanitarian convoys from Russian Federation. In particular, during the last day Russian-terrorist forces shelled positions of forces of anti-terrorist operation more than 40 times.

Situation in Debaltsevo and Donetsk directions remains the most difficult – 18 and 10 fire strikes correspondingly.

Deployment of control systems and group of Russian-terrorist forces on Donbas

There has been completed deployment of advanced elements of the hidden system of control of Russian-terrorist forces on Donbas. All work has been done by Russian specialists exclusively. Deployment of the very group of Russian-terrorist forces is on the final stage – redeployment of forces and facilities to the flanking regions is almost completed [mostly artillery and armored vehicles are redeployed to the north of Luhansk oblast and in the area of settlement of Telmanovo, Donetsk oblast].

Russian military commandment in cooperation with sub-units of Federal Security Service of Russian Federation make attempts to subordinate individual armed groups to unified commandment. Under the guise of the so-called Army of Novorossiya there has been created a group of Russian troops that consists of sub-units of army of RF and Russian mercenaries, it also includes separate local groups for secondary and demonstration activities. These criminal groups include Russian mercenaries except for local terrorists.
