Coordinator of ‘Information Resistance’ group, MP Dmitriy Tymchuk informed this.
According to his data, in area of settlements of Horlivka, Yenakieve and Debaltsevo there are concentrated about 6 000 of terrorist fighters.
In particular, the given number includes fighters from ‘Horlivka garrison’, part of ‘Oplot’ / ‘Stronghold’ gang and several smaller armed groups.
The characteristic feature of given armed groups is presence of powerful and long-range weapons in their armament. For example, they dispose of multiple rocket launcher systems 9K58 ‘Smerch’, cannon and self-propelled artillery.
In most cases the weapons are withdrawn to positions from which it will take only one hour to bring equipment to the front line.
Tymchuk also informs about concentration of about 60 tanks in the area of settlement of Horlivka and Krasnogorivka. This number of tanks includes such modifications as T-64, T-72 with new type of shells and equipment that allows conducting hostilities at night and at great distances. In addition, there is concentration of about 95 different armored combat vehicles.
