As LNR [Luhank People’s Republic] informs, a new version of Minsk protocol will be preseted during the next round of consultations in Minsk which are scheduled for late November.
According to the statement, the so-called heads of DNR and LNR will designate their permanent representatives for the negotiations.
‘Heads of republics and heads of parliament will not personally take part in Minsk consultations, but their representatives will act according to their directives’, – it is said in the statement.
In self-proclaimed republics they believe that the necessity to rewrite Minsk agreement arises from the fact that Ukraine intends to cancel it unilaterally by recalling laws on special status of Donbas and amnesty.
