Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Goncharenko was detained in Moscow on March 1 during mourning march in memory of Russian oppositionist Boris Nemtsov.
He was accused of violating article 19.3 of Code of Administrative Offence of Russian Federation (non fulfillment of police officer’s demand).
Press service of Russian investigation committee informed that Goncharenko was questioned of involvement in crime against Russian citizen on May 2, 2014 in Odesa.
However, advisor to Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko informed that none of Russian citizens was harmed in Odessa on May 2, 2014. Among 48 tragically killed people there were only Ukrainian citizens. All wounded were Ukrainians as well.
On March 2 Russian Internal Ministry said it had no claims against Goncharenko and later he could return to Ukraine.
Recently lawyer of Nadia Savchenko Mark Feigin informed that Goncharenko had arrived to Ukraine.
