The ‘people’s lustration quickly spreads over social networks under hashtag #DeputatBucketChallenge.
On Friday, September 19, in Kirovograd protesters threw a deputy of city Council into the garbage can. The participants of he action accused deputee of support and participation in Anti-Maidan and voting for former President Yanukovich.
In Ternopil under the same slogan of ‘People’s lustration’ activists of the Right Sector threw another official into the dustbin and closed it. Young people removed deputy from the room, led him through the parking and threw him into garbage can.
Previously on September 16 in Kyiv activists put Deputy Zhuravskiy into dustbin near the Verkhovna Rada [Parliament] building. The same day the law on lustration was adopted.
