On New Year’s Eve ‘Shpylyasti Kobzari’ band congratulated Ukrainian with the cutest video possible. The band covered well known Jingle Bells using traditional Ukrainian and modern instruments. The text was substituted for Ukrainian version.
But the nicest in this movie is 6 cutest puppies that appear on the screen all time.
In this way guys wanted to attract attention to problem of homeless animals and accompanied their video with slogan ‘Puppies from Christmas video are looking for home!’
We remind that in the East Christmas is celebrated on January 6, so that holiday sprint is still in progress.
The musicians firmly believe that during these holidays people should focus not only on positive and holiday spirit. The aim of the video is to help these animals find their new home. Just like the lyrics of the song says: ‘We wish you all – small and grown ups – to find your warm home on this holiday night.’
Enjoy the video and may holiday spirit be with you.

And if we’ve already started talking about these talented musicians – here is cover of Adele’s ‘Hello’ performed on ethnical instruments (bandura, fife and djembe or goblet drum) and piano.
By using traditional folk instruments musicians follow two goals – add colorful sound to well known tunes and popularize the instruments among young people.
Here at LifeinUA we fully agree with them. If cello, piano and violin can rock YouTube with their covers why bandura cannot?
