Centralization of terrorist groups into ‘Army of Novorossiya’

There continues a process of the so-called centralization of terrorist groups into the so-called ‘Army of Novorossiya’ [New Russia]. Formally the process is led by representatives of DNR and LNR [Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics], in fact – specialists of several departments of the General staff of Armed Forces of Russian Federation and Federal Security Service. All activities on centralization are provided not only logistically but also organizationally (including pressure, intimidation and means of physical influence at disobedient fighters). Combat groups of special purpose from law enforcement agencies of RF support these activities.
