A column of Russian armoured personnel carriers and military vehicles crossed Ukrainian border on August 14 at night.
This was reported by Moscow correspondent of The Guardian Shaun Walker in his Twitter.
Journalist became an eyewitness of Russian military vehicles crossing Ukrainian border. The special correspondent informed that the column consisted of the following vehicles: several dozens of APC [armoured personnel carrier], infantry military vehicles, military trucks that entail the artillery.
Journalist Tymur Olevskiy said on broadcast of ‘Hromadske TV’ that there were 50 50 APC. According to him the vehicles drove to the checkpoint Izvaryne and then disappeared somewhere in the fields.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RF demanded the ceasefire in the ATO zone and to ‘provide safety’ of delivery of humanitarian load. This demand appeared in a statement published on website of Russian diplomatic agency.
Meanwhile head of Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin due to result of his conversation with Sergey Lavrov [Russian foreign minister] informed in his Twitter that RF bears responsibility for the activity of terrorists.
‘I have just recently spoken to Lavrov second time this day. The signal remains the same: RF [Russian Federation] bears responsibility for the activity of terrorists concerning humanitarian loads including Russian one’, – Klimkin underlined.
