This was informed by Poroshenko during governmental meeting on Wednesday, September 10.

According to the President the relocation of Russian troops might be a result of peaceful agreements in Minsk. Large part of troops of Russian Federation has been removed beyond Ukrainian-Russian border.

‘According to the last reconnaissance data, 70 % of troops of Russian federation have been removed beyond the border’.

According to the President the relocation of Russian armed forces, give hope that peaceful initiatives have good perspective.

The President doesn’t reject possibility of introduction of special regime of stay of citizens in the areas adjacent to the area of current hostilities.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko considers it possible to introduce special regime of stay of citizens in the areas adjacent to the territory of anti-terrorist operation.

He also mentioned that the public’s initiative to develop strategic plan and create infrastructure for organization of guerrilla movement deserves attention.
