Spokesperson of anti-terrorist operation colonel Andriy Lysenko reported this during press briefing in Kyiv.

According to him, this morning at 07.30 62 trucks entered Ukrainian territory through ‘Donetsk’ checkpoint, another 62 trucks went through ‘Matveev Kurgan’ checkpoint.

‘Representatives of International Committee of the red Cross did not participate in transportation of the load, that is why Ukrainian joint unit carried out only visual observation of the passage of trucks across the state border being unable to perform control functions’, – colonel Lysenko said.

Ukrainian State Border Service reported the following: ‘This morning Russian side unilaterally registered 11th humanitarian load’.

It is underline that the 11th humanitarian convoy was not accompanied by representatives of International Committee of the Red Cross, consequently Ukrainian joint unit could only observe the trucks crossing the border being unable to perform their functions.

124 trucks violated Ukrainian state border without proper examination and registration.

Previously NSDC stated that all humanitarian loads that Russia sent to Ukraine without permission ‘are only support for armed men’. Mainly trucks carried dry rations, ammunition and weapons to the territories controlled by terrorists.
